The Minnesota Hemp Association dba Minnesota Cannabis Association is the leading voice for Minnesota's legal hemp derived cannabis industry. We provide our network of farmers, processors, manufacturers, retailers, distributors, and service providers with vital industry news and guidance, valuable business-to-business opportunities, and influence to shape regulatory and public policy decisions.

Retail Agenda 

  • Hemp-Derived THC Retail Licensing 

  • Allow for better accessibility for consumers to access hemp in Minnesota.   

  • Disallow Minnesota cities to create moratoriums/bans on State & Federally legal hemp-derived products. 

Beverage Agenda

  • On-Premise Hemp Derived Beverage License 

  • Hemp Derived liquor store licensing:  (Carry beverages and low-potency hemp-derived edibles.)

  • Hemp-Derived Beverage Manufacture license

Edible Manufacture Agenda

  • Minnesota Edible License 

  • All edibles need to be made in a clean and safe facility 

  •  Specific Full Panel testing on all hemp-derived isomers
